Meqdad Hayat hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Ayoob Taiban didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Onofre Covarrubias went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ayoob Taiban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastiaan Gavilanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nizar Khaja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Onofre Covarrubias in the 19th minute of play forced Penistone's goalkeeper Ayoob Taiban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Sebastiaan Gavilanes notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Penistone's Ayoob Taiban. Ayoob Taiban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 34 played minutes Penistone got a freekick which was hit by Nader Al Khobaize. Sebastiaan Gavilanes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ayoob Taiban having to make a save. 40 minutes into the game, Genaro Padro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ayoob Taiban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 44 minutes into the match, Penistone's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Padro came free, but Ayoob Taiban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Rito hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nizar Khaja to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Naem Al Habshi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orbay Ergener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Piñeyro's Boris Kašpárek slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ayoob Taiban. That made the score 0-7 after 57 minutes of play. Penistone's Ayoob Taiban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Incendio in the 60th minute of play. Ayoob Taiban was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Herminio Incendio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 62 minute of play. Onofre Covarrubias scored 0-10 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ayoob Taiban, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Penistone's defense didn't have a chance, in the 75th minute, when Genaro Padro scored to the left of an out of position Ayoob Taiban, making the score, 0-11. Onofre Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ayoob Taiban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herminio Incendio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayoob Taiban having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Onofre Covarrubias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piñeyro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Onofre Covarrubias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 89 played minutes Genaro Padro rounded Penistone's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-12. Ayoob Taiban made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Sebastiaan Gavilanes sent off a good shot on target. Naem Al Habshi hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the game, Onofre Covarrubias recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ayoob Taiban. Onofre Covarrubias showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. When the match was over Piñeyro could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Penistone throughout the match.
