With an extended leg and a bit of luck Okan Akdoğan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fidel Teofilio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bican Durualp in the 6th minute of play. Bican Durualp could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Fidel Teofilio made a huge save. In the 12th minute Bican Durualp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Teofilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, &La vieja Guardia&'s goal looked a bit too open when Alican Sungurbay came free, but Fidel Teofilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 minutes, Agnaldo Albuquerque made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. ESKİŞEHİRSPOR's Okan Akdoğan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the match, &La vieja Guardia&'s Kang Han Zhen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Okan Akdoğan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 36 minutes, Raik Özdener mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ESKİŞEHİRSPOR and the &La vieja Guardia& players grew even worse after the yellow card.
