An unexpectedly hard shot by 蔡银峰 in the 34th minute of play forced Riemannian's goalkeeper Valerio Quintanilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xesc Rallo made a kick off. When Riemannian's Chico Campos, in the 53rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Riemannian. Alex Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xesc Rallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th match minute, Club do Inrrá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Alex Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xesc Rallo in the 64th minute of the match. Chico Campos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Pontes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Club do Inrrá's Alex Pontes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Campos in the 73rd minute of play. Valerio Quintanilla came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Club do Inrrá's Cícero Barral. But to his dismay, Cícero Barral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Riemannian's Valerio Quintanilla got control of the ball when Ibrahim Novik tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luiz Eduardo Toscano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Xesc Rallo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Pontes. Club do Inrrá's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xesc Rallo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
