Independente AC's Silvinho Corrêa got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cássio Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabinho Pernambucano in the 18th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Independente AC's Silvinho Corrêa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Shen Xun. Shen Xun yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Silvinho Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shen Xun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Corrêa in the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, Encanto's Shen Xun got control of the ball when Silvinho Corrêa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 32 played minutes Independente AC got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos Mozer. Shen Xun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvinho Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Silvinho Corrêa made a precise shot to the right of Shen Xun. Encanto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Silvinho Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvinho Corrêa in the 45th minute of play forced Encanto's goalkeeper Shen Xun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvinho Corrêa to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Silvinho Corrêa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Shen Xun was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Silvinho Corrêa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Shen Xun having to make a save. In the 61st minute Silvinho Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shen Xun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Independente AC's Zé Leite was substituted for José Carlos Mozer. Gabriel Uefons made in the 66th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Osvaldinho Rocha however managed to control. Silvinho Corrêa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Shen Xun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Silvinho Corrêa notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Encanto's Shen Xun. Shen Xun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Shen Xun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Corrêa in the 76th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Encanto defense, Silvinho Corrêa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shen Xun. The Encanto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shen Xun should have stopped the shot. Shen Xun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Corrêa in the 81st minute of the match. In the 84th minute of the match Independente AC got a corner. Encanto's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maicon Ramalho ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cauan Gomes made a great header on Independente AC's corner, it was just that Encanto's Shen Xun managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 87th minute, Silvinho Corrêa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Independente AC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Encanto's Shen Xun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvinho Corrêa in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Independente AC were awarded a corner. Maicon Ramalho went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Maicon Ramalho almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Encanto's Shen Xun did a great save. Osvaldinho Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Independente AC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
