The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, KAYIHANSPOR's Cihangir Kerimhan got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KAYIHANSPOR! In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Veni Vidi Vici. Seif Magdy stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Çakır Uluç. 1-0. KAYIHANSPOR's Çakır Uluç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziyad Taimour in the 13th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Veni Vidi Vici's Ziyad Taimour sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Çakır Uluç narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ayoub Kamel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yağızhan Korgan, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Zekai Atay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ayoub Kamel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veni Vidi Vici's Ziyad Taimour came free and shot a quick shot against goal 24 minutes in the game, fortunately Çakır Uluç had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Veni Vidi Vici's Ayoub Kamel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yağızhan Korgan in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Veni Vidi Vici's Ziyad Taimour got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yağızhan Korgan in the 29th minute of play forced Veni Vidi Vici's goalkeeper Ayoub Kamel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ayoub Kamel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zekai Atay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Korkut Savaş in the 31st minute of play forced Veni Vidi Vici's goalkeeper Ayoub Kamel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziyad Taimour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. KAYIHANSPOR's Çakır Uluç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasser Tawfeek in the 36th minute of play. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Şimşek İltan with Adam Säf as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. If Ziyad Taimour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the game, Şimşek İltan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KAYIHANSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Veni Vidi Vici the free kick. The supporters of Veni Vidi Vici booed when KAYIHANSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şimşek İltan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Walid Gomaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Veni Vidi Vici's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walid Gomaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yağızhan Korgan to make the kick off. Yağızhan Korgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ayoub Kamel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yağızhan Korgan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 58 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Yağızhan Korgan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ayoub Kamel was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Cihangir Kerimhan went to the cornerflag to take it. Ahmet Korkut Savaş received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ayoub Kamel came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Korkut Savaş slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 74th minute. KAYIHANSPOR's Cihangir Kerimhan shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 80th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ayoub Kamel but with some difficulty. Ayoub Kamel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Korkut Savaş in the 84th minute of play. Ahmet Korkut Savaş had several of the Veni Vidi Vici's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Ayoub Kamel as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 90th minute, Ahmet Korkut Savaş made a precise shot to the right of Ayoub Kamel. Veni Vidi Vici's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. KAYIHANSPOR's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
