Bram Kiewit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Bernal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bram Kiewit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincent Lizewski in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute Margarita were awarded a corner. Wincent Lizewski went to the cornerflag to take it. 40 minutes into the match, Severo Rivero notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of De Ontembare Leeuwen's Bram Kiewit. Bram Kiewit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bram Kiewit stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rigoberto Bernal's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cobus Otten during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bram Kiewit was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Severo Rivero showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 96 minute of play. The De Ontembare Leeuwen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Margarita were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
