The referee ignored Acereros FC's protests and gave Pankracy Glozor a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Acereros FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Pankracy Glozor hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Acereros FC's Varban Dimanov got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pankracy Glozor in the 33rd minute of play forced Resistencia's goalkeeper Gaetano Mathieu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, 邵兴骋 managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acereros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but 邵兴骋 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 54 played minutes, Resistencia's Adrian Aznar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Remigio Micael came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Resistencia reached it. Remigio Micael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Urtsua, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 邵兴骋 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Gaetano Mathieu made a huge save. Pankracy Glozor kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Gaetano Mathieu was a little too slow when 邵兴骋 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-1. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Resistencia lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
