The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Six Pac FC's Leif Messi got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jack Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Estrada Azcona, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Quiñónez Venegas made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Estrada Azcona. The crowd rose to their feet as CD Suscal's Estrada Azcona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jack Glanselius. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. Claes Fender might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 庄冰悦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claes Fender ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 21st minute, Claes Fender made a precise shot to the right of 庄冰悦. CD Suscal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some careless play in the CD Suscal defense, Claes Fender kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 庄冰悦. The CD Suscal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 庄冰悦 should have stopped the shot. Claes Fender might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over 庄冰悦. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Claes Fender ran back to his position shaking his head. 庄冰悦 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Fender in the 28th minute of play. When Leif Messi came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Six Pac FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leif Messi couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute, Claes Fender ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 庄冰悦 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Claes Fender scored 1-4 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 庄冰悦, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th minute, Janne Gibson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Six Pac FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Claes Fender stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 got control of the ball when Claes Fender tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute Six Pac FC were awarded a corner. Stig-Arne Alegren went to the cornerflag to take it. 59 minutes into the match, Six Pac FC's Claes Fender sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 庄冰悦 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 got control of the ball when Leif Messi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Six Pac FC's Jack Glanselius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estrada Azcona in the 64th minute of play. Leif Messi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 庄冰悦 firmly grabbed it by the left post. Six Pac FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stig-Arne Alegren in the 69th minute. Leif Messi made a great header on Six Pac FC's corner, it was just that CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 managed to reach the ball for a save. CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save CD Suscal from getting a goal against them. CD Suscal's 庄冰悦 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Fender in the 75th minute of play. Six Pac FC's Claes Fender got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Six Pac FC made a substitution. In the 89th minute Terho Pasoja shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronaldo Fenomeno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronaldo Fenomeno could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but 庄冰悦 made a huge save. The Six Pac FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Six Pac FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
