Silvinho Veiga came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by SK Fenerbahce Wien's Alexandros Matsinopoulos. But to his dismay, Alexandros Matsinopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Egídio Tinoco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capivariano F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Egídio Tinoco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ali Kaan Toydemir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Capivariano F.C.'s Egídio Tinoco got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Egídio Tinoco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Capivariano F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. In the 42nd minute, Aleksander Prus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Kaan Toydemir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egídio Tinoco in the 44th minute of the match. Alexandros Matsinopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Silvinho Veiga made a huge save. The SK Fenerbahce Wien players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Capivariano F.C. were winning 2-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olaf Anszczak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Alexandros Matsinopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvinho Veiga was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Alexandros Matsinopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvinho Veiga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandros Matsinopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. A sloppy throw-in by Guter Czogalla in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Capivariano F.C.'s Ricardo Mota. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Alexandros Matsinopoulos got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SK Fenerbahce Wien's Eike Hörtnagel was substituted for Alexandros Matsinopoulos. Capivariano F.C. made a substitution. Fábio Magalhães replaced Fiori de Lara. Eike Hörtnagel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvinho Veiga having to make a save. Silvinho Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eike Hörtnagel in the 80th minute of the match. In the 84th match minute, Capivariano F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Mota to maneuver through the defense.
