Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Juan Perutxo started the match with the kick off. Santos Luzaide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Itzaina in the 2nd minute of the match. The supporters of ALEXANDRIA booed when Defensores de V.G.Galvez! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Gerazan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s Santos Luzaide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Itzaina in the 6th minute of play. Santos Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Rocio in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Defensores de V.G.Galvez! defense, Geoffrey Verhelst kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santos Luzaide. The Defensores de V.G.Galvez! fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santos Luzaide should have stopped the shot. Santos Luzaide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes Defensores de V.G.Galvez! got a freekick which was hit by Octavio Gerazan. 13 minutes into the game, Feliciano Itzaina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Santos Luzaide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Santos Luzaide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Luzaide came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by ALEXANDRIA's Hugo Maia. But to his dismay, Hugo Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Santos Luzaide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Maia in the 28th minute of play. Santos Luzaide came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by ALEXANDRIA's Hugo Maia. But to his dismay, Hugo Maia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Santos Luzaide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliciano Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Augusto Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Perutxo in the 33rd minute of the match. Severiano Maria charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Maria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Defensores de V.G.Galvez! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Maria to maneuver through the defense. Franco Orozco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marciano Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Santos Luzaide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, ALEXANDRIA's Franco Orozco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santos Luzaide made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. Santos Luzaide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Maia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Geoffrey Verhelst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Mauro Llorian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Santos Luzaide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Franco Orozco made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliciano Itzaina in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santos Luzaide saved Defensores de V.G.Galvez! from getting behind. After 53 minutes of play, ALEXANDRIA's Cipriano Marques made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Luzaide was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, ALEXANDRIA's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Gerazan came free, but Carlos Augusto Queiroz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Defensores de V.G.Galvez! were awarded a corner. Lorenzo Matxin went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s Lorenzo Matxin to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Augusto Queiroz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s Ciro Marin got a free kick in the 61st minute. ALEXANDRIA's Zeledon Salvino was substituted for Marciano Rocio. 67 minutes into the match, Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s goalkeeper Santos Luzaide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Ilazki. Frits Pandiangan in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Santos Luzaide, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Santos Luzaide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frits Pandiangan in the 72nd minute. In the 74th minute Zeledon Salvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Luzaide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Luzaide made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Geoffrey Verhelst sent off a good shot on target. Santos Luzaide made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Frits Pandiangan sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes had been played when some careless play by Defensores de V.G.Galvez!'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mauro Llorian was slow to take the kick. During this time ALEXANDRIA's players had a chance to rest. The corner led ALEXANDRIA's Mauro Llorian to fire away a dangerous shot which Santos Luzaide despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Santos Luzaide was a little too slow when Feliciano Itzaina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 0-9. In the 85th match minute, ALEXANDRIA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Itzaina to maneuver through the defense. Santos Luzaide came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by ALEXANDRIA's Frits Pandiangan. But to his dismay, Frits Pandiangan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. The Defensores de V.G.Galvez! fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. ALEXANDRIA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
