AkInCı's Görkem Melih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Félix in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes had been played when some careless play by AkInCı's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oswaldo Maranhense was slow to take the kick. During this time Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Oswaldo Maranhense almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AkInCı's Görkem Melih did a great save. After a defensive mix-up in AkInCı's zone, Brock Friend stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Görkem Melih came out of the goal and Brock Friend tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Cruzeiro Esporte Clube booed when AkInCı was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timur Kalhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in AkInCı's zone, Duarte Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Görkem Melih came out of the goal and Duarte Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Brock Friend had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 14th minute, Brock Friend reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Görkem Melih. The goal made the score 1-0. The audience was convinced that Brock Friend's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Görkem Melih was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 21 minutes, Vassilis Kopsinis made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Arthur Bufi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of AkInCı booed when Cruzeiro Esporte Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gu Yi Sen didn't get a good kick on the ball. AkInCı's Vassilis Kopsinis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 64th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's Cristi Saron was substituted for Juan Pablo Sorin. 余永川 struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Görkem Melih didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cruzeiro Esporte Clube. After 71 minutes of play, Cruzeiro Esporte Clube's 余永川 made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Görkem Melih was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the match, 余永川 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Görkem Melih. AkInCı's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 余永川 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Dmitriy Monastyrev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Arthur Bufi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 余永川 kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Cruzeiro Esporte Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AkInCı for a fine match.
