Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Osvald Torstensson made the kick off which started today's match. Green Madness's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by La Škarpa in the 6th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Valskog IF's goal looked a bit too open when John-Paul Marquant came free, but Magne Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Flor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvald Torstensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Valskog IF were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Green Madness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oskar Lindkvist took the corner. Valskog IF's Oskar Lindkvist was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marcelino Flor in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. John-Paul Marquant might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Magne Lindström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John-Paul Marquant ran back to his position shaking his head. Magne Lindström came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Green Madness's Étienne Cubizolles. But to his dismay, Étienne Cubizolles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 37 minutes into the game, Terry Peysson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Magne Lindström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Green Madness's John-Paul Marquant in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valskog IF's goalie prevented a goal. 43 minutes into the match, Green Madness's goalkeeper Marcelino Flor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvald Torstensson. Magne Lindström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John-Paul Marquant, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After the first half Green Madness were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Terry Peysson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Green Madness's John-Paul Marquant made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magne Lindström was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Green Madness getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bogdan Gomolka hit a great ball. Michael Forss made in the 59th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Green Madness's José Augusto Peres. John-Paul Marquant received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Magne Lindström came out and tried to block the shot, but John-Paul Marquant slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by John-Paul Marquant in the 65th minute of play forced Valskog IF's goalkeeper Magne Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Terry Peysson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Magne Lindström. That made the score 0-6 in the 78 minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Green Madness's John-Paul Marquant sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magne Lindström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85th minute of the match Green Madness got a corner. Valskog IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. La Škarpa ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Terry Peysson drilling the ball in to score 0-7 behind Valskog IF's goalkeeper. Magne Lindström was a little too slow when Terry Peysson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 89th minute. The score was now 0-8. Green Madness's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
