Marcus King showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nukri Bitsadze, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Geoff McParland left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nottingham Forest fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Nottingham Forest getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Dean Bloomfield hit a great ball. Georgian F.C.'s Nukri Bitsadze shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 13th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcus King but with some difficulty. Geoff McParland struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Mark Ee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nottingham Forest. Mark Ee made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geoff McParland in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Georgian F.C.'s Nukri Bitsadze ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcus King. Marcus King yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Nukri Bitsadze's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Marcus King skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 29 minutes into the match, Georgian F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tony Stone came free, but Mark Ee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Ciarán Jones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nottingham Forest's supporters rose to their feet, but Ciarán Jones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mark Ee breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Georgian F.C.'s Botchia Sulaberidze got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nukri Bitsadze recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 40 minutes of play, Nottingham Forest's Ciarán Jones made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mark Ee was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, Ciarán Jones got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geoff McParland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Georgian F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Nottingham Forest were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciarán Jones made a kick off. After taking down the ball on Nottingham Forest's corner Geoff McParland fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mark Ee quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciarán Jones in the 60th minute of play forced Georgian F.C.'s goalkeeper Mark Ee to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geoff McParland scored 1-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mark Ee, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ciarán Jones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mark Ee having to interfere. When %teams%'s Tony Stone was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-4 just inside the left pole, 67 minutes into the game. Mark Ee was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. The supporters of Georgian F.C. booed when Nottingham Forest was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. 乔棋骏 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tony Stone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Mark Ee made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geoff McParland during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 85 played minutes Nottingham Forest got a freekick which was hit by Geoff McParland. Geoff McParland struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. The Georgian F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
