Buffalo Timişoara's Alisson Becker tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buffalo Timişoara's goalkeeper Alisson Becker, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Nicanor Vellito managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Vali Voicescu in the 10 minute of the game. In the 11th minute Herbert Henskens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Emil Banciu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erasmo Loi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Herbert Henskens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alisson Becker having to interfere. Erasmo Loi came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Buffalo Timişoara's Franky Ooms. But to his dismay, Franky Ooms quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alisson Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Henskens in the 24th minute of the match. Erasmo Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franky Ooms, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Buffalo Timişoara's Alisson Becker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Henskens in the 29th minute of play. If Herbert Henskens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Herbert Henskens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alisson Becker came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Herbert Henskens. But to his dismay, Herbert Henskens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Alisson Becker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herbert Henskens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rahman Attar hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Buffalo Timişoara got a freekick which was hit by Narcis Ichim. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Alisson Becker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Henskens, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Emil Banciu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Erasmo Loi made a huge save. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Cosme Austin was substituted for Leandro Hanot. Erasmo Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Turdeanu in the 71st minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Buffalo Timişoara's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Henskens came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Orhan Ortanca hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Alisson Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gamus in the 76th minute of the match. Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Erasmo Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franky Ooms in the 79th minute of play. When Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Fernando Gamus, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Apocalípticos & Caóticos. Alisson Becker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Gamus in the 84th minute of the match. In the 85th minute Herbert Henskens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Becker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Apocalípticos & Caóticos's Arnaldo Isias seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Arnaldo Isias the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Apocalípticos & Caóticos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Arnaldo Isias had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Apocalípticos & Caóticos! An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Taurino in the 92nd minute of play forced Buffalo Timişoara's goalkeeper Alisson Becker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Fernando Gamus notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Buffalo Timişoara's Alisson Becker. Alisson Becker was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
