The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabrício Falcão made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Neşat Beykan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Sprite Star Football's Fabrício Falcão got control of the ball when Neşat Beykan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led to Balus Treter's Jacob van der Werff getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Jacob van der Werff recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 13th match minute, Sprite Star Football was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Neşat Beykan sped through Sprite Star Football's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fabrício Falcão. Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oséas Freire in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Sprite Star Football's goal looked a bit too open when Jacob van der Werff came free, but Fabrício Falcão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sprite Star Football's Fabrício Falcão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacob van der Werff in the 20th minute of play. Fabrício Falcão made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Neşat Beykan sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the match, Neşat Beykan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fabrício Falcão, 2-0. 32 minutes into the game, Sprite Star Football's Monge Mong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karsten Zielinski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Sprite Star Football's zone, Neşat Beykan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrício Falcão came out of the goal and Neşat Beykan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabrício Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob van der Werff, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. If Jacob van der Werff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Fabrício Falcão managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Balus Treter's Neşat Beykan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neşat Beykan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sprite Star Football's goalkeeper Fabrício Falcão, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd match minute, Sprite Star Football was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Munhoz to maneuver through the defense. Fabrício Falcão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieter Bernardts, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Fabrício Falcão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob van der Werff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute Balus Treter were awarded a corner. Ntinos Karsiotis went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Balus Treter's Ntinos Karsiotis to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabrício Falcão despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 64 minutes of play, Balus Treter's Neşat Beykan made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabrício Falcão was left in no man's land by his defense there! Oséas Freire could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Karsten Zielinski made a huge save. Hasan Hüseyin Erem hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Fabrício Falcão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neşat Beykan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Neşat Beykan came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Balus Treter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Neşat Beykan couldn't finish the play. Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Balus Treter from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Balus Treter getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Neşat Beykan hit a great ball. Fabrício Falcão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neşat Beykan in the 85th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lúcio Abraão got free with Karsten Zielinski in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hasan Hüseyin Erem kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Sprite Star Football's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
