In the 2nd match minute, FC Grivata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Ogrodowicz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Tordinci Zrinski defense, Vanko Kavlakov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jasenko Sabol. The Tordinci Zrinski fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jasenko Sabol should have stopped the shot. Jasenko Sabol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vanko Kavlakov in the 12th minute of the match. Jasenko Sabol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vanko Kavlakov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, FC Grivata's goal looked a bit too open when Većeslav Mahalec came free, but Venko Notev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Øyvind Skoglund notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Tordinci Zrinski's Jasenko Sabol. Jasenko Sabol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Øyvind Skoglund made a kick off. Øyvind Skoglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jasenko Sabol having to interfere. Jasenko Sabol didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radowit Ogrodowicz went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Vanko Kavlakov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jasenko Sabol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, FC Grivata's Sava Chuchev nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jasenko Sabol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 74 minutes into the match, Tordinci Zrinski's goal looked a bit too open when Vanko Kavlakov came free, but Jasenko Sabol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jasenko Sabol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vanko Kavlakov in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Feldman in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Grivata's goalkeeper Venko Notev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Grivata had played much better football throughout.
