Dennis Unesson came out of the goal and Alessandro Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Atlético Capixaba were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jens-Erik Källberg was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Per-Erik Tunberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. A collision led to Brandbergen Bears getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Karl-Axel Hylander hit a great ball. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Brandbergen Bears from getting a goal against them. Brandbergen Bears's Dennis Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Romildo in the 95th minute of play. The Atlético Capixaba players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
