In the 9th match minute, Barcelona de América was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Parisi Queduro to maneuver through the defense. When Pascual Pagomari fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored NK FOLKROLA's protests and gave Pascual Pagomari a yellow card for diving instead. After 13 played minutes NK FOLKROLA got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Pagomari. Maurice Himschoot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Lorenzo Viergol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurice Himschoot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Barcelona de América's goal looked a bit too open when Ožbalt Ajdič came free, but Alfred Kochowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Barcelona de América's Ray Ruth slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maurice Himschoot. That made the score 3-0 after 38 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Ray Ruth put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maurice Himschoot. Maurice Himschoot came out of the goal and Ray Ruth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfred Kochowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Roldanillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ray Ruth made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Ray Ruth put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Maurice Himschoot. Alfred Kochowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Roldanillo in the 57th minute of the match. Maurice Himschoot came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Barcelona de América's Krišjānis Ābeļnieks. But to his dismay, Krišjānis Ābeļnieks quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ismael Roldanillo in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Kochowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maurice Himschoot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krišjānis Ābeļnieks, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Maurice Himschoot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krišjānis Ābeļnieks went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Barcelona de América were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of NK FOLKROLA for a fine match.
