Pipon Pipon's goal looked a bit too open when Kadim Sebil came free, but Jannes Ruttens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Magallanes's Kadim Sebil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jannes Ruttens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 95th minute Malcolm McIntosh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Witkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Magallanes had won after a very even match.
