Tim Johnstone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. BlueLionesse's Isac Begal got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corneliu Stănoiu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Tim Johnstone when he managed to save the team from getting behind. BlueLionesse's Corneliu Stănoiu was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 10th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Traian Ursu in the 14th minute of play forced The Tigers's goalkeeper Tim Johnstone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tim Johnstone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Suárez in the 17th minute of play. After some careless play in the The Tigers defense, Corneliu Stănoiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tim Johnstone. The The Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tim Johnstone should have stopped the shot. Traian Ursu in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tim Johnstone, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Matías Suárez did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Tim Johnstone 23 minutes into the match. Tim Johnstone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Ursu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as BlueLionesse's Traian Ursu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tim Johnstone. That made the score 6-0 after 31 minutes of play. Tim Johnstone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matías Suárez in the 35th minute. With a little luck, The Tigers's Tim Johnstone got control of the ball when Matías Suárez tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Tim Johnstone managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when BlueLionesse's Traian Ursu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gelu Măcrinici got free with Tim Johnstone in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isac Begal got free with Tim Johnstone in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd minute, BlueLionesse's Isac Begal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 7-0. BlueLionesse's Tomas Panpili played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Owen Noble in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matías Suárez was the one to do the kick off. Tim Johnstone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Isac Begal went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. 54 minutes into the match, The Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Matías Suárez came free, but Tim Johnstone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tim Johnstone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gelu Măcrinici, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Corneliu Stănoiu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tim Johnstone was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Matías Suárez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tim Johnstone was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-1. Tim Johnstone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Stănoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rdth minute of the game Matías Suárez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The Tigers's Tim Johnstone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 85 minutes The Tigers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eliodor Durbacă who took care of the corner kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Corneliu Stănoiu in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tim Johnstone prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 87th minute, Eliodor Durbacă hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Corneliu Stănoiu made a precise shot to the right of Tim Johnstone. The Tigers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-1. Tim Johnstone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Begal, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After 92 played minutes The Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Ollie Swift. The Tigers's Tim Johnstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Begal in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the BlueLionesse players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
