In the 11th minute Cordera Abella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dante Heriberto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SuperChango protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dante Heriberto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The audience held their breath when Ciprian Joldea in the 33rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Luiz Fernando Branco's left hand side. Luiz Fernando Branco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Centurión in the 34th minute of play. After 43 played minutes Pepsi Fuchibol Clu got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Ler. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tytus Dudkowski made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Centurión got free with Luiz Fernando Branco in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Alejo Etor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Etor came free, but Stéphane Brault reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's Cordera Abella broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 64th minute, Fabian Ler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elói Chaves struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Stéphane Brault didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SuperChango. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Etor in the 67th minute of play forced Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goalkeeper Stéphane Brault to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stéphane Brault showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Etor, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Alejo Etor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuperChango fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Pepsi Fuchibol Clu made a substitution. Xavierlada Abarca replaced Tytus Dudkowski. Stéphane Brault took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Etor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pepsi Fuchibol Clu booed when SuperChango was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michel Cambiasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Pepsi Fuchibol Clu's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Etor came free, but Stéphane Brault reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 93 played minutes Xavierlada Abarca scored with a long sweeping shot just to the left of Luiz Fernando Branco who was too lazy, 2-1. SuperChango's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
