Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Mathias de Ruijter made the kick off and thus started the match. 4 minutes into the match, Cadu Team's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Ginneken came free, but Gelu Lepuș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș got control of the ball when Kurt Ginneken tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 9th minute, Jan-Peter Kloppenburg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias de Ruijter got free with Gelu Lepuș in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute, Mazinho Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Cadu Team from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute Mathias de Ruijter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodoro Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Montrel Perpiñán ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gelu Lepuș was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Mattias Downing charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mattias Downing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 20th match minute, Cadu Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Downing to maneuver through the defense. Mathias de Ruijter received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gelu Lepuș came out and tried to block the shot, but Mathias de Ruijter slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 31st minute, De Pelgrims's Mike van Zeijl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Cadu Team's Mattias Downing got his second yellow card of the match in the 33rd minute. The referee ordered Mattias Downing off the ground. After 33 played minutes Cadu Team got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Downing. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kurt Ginneken got free with Gelu Lepuș in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute Henk Cardinaal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Válbson Paiva made the kick off in the second half. When Válbson Paiva came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Cadu Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Válbson Paiva couldn't finish the play. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias de Ruijter, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurt Ginneken in the 73rd minute of play. Gelu Lepuș didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mathias de Ruijter went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Gelu Lepuș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Ginneken in the 82nd minute of play. In the 87th minute Mathias de Ruijter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Zé Pedro Figueiredo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Cadu Team's Zézinho Paranaense quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Montrel Perpiñán in the 89th minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Mathias de Ruijter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the De Pelgrims players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
