Dionisio Guter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Glauco Vaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Guter, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Psiu!'s Glauco Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Guter in the 42nd minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dionisio Guter to make the kick off. The supporters of Globalización booed when Psiu! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustão Corrêa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Dionisio Guter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Glauco Vaz was a little too slow when Artemio Urbasa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 0-6. In the 87th minute Artemio Urbasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glauco Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Artemio Urbasa sped through Psiu!'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Glauco Vaz. 94 minutes into the game, Globalización's Artemio Urbasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Glauco Vaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. When the match was over Globalización could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Psiu! throughout the match.
