Peder Bodin was slow to take the kick. During this time TØRINO FC's players had a chance to rest. Teobaldo Elodio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shaun McLae in the 6th minute of play. Angel Di Maria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Tilens having to interfere. 李卫竞's late challenge caught a TØRINO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 李卫竞 helped the player get up and apologised. 李卫竞 hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the game, Shaun McLae cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Teobaldo Elodio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the KFC Paal-Tervant defense, Bai Cheng Ning kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Tilens. The KFC Paal-Tervant fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Tilens should have stopped the shot. 18 minutes into the match, TØRINO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Verschelde came free, but Teobaldo Elodio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goal looked a bit too open when Peder Bodin came free, but Freddy Tilens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, TØRINO FC's Teobaldo Elodio got control of the ball when Jose Verschelde tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teobaldo Elodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yücel Yamaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The throw-in from 李卫竞 in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by TØRINO FC's Aldo Emesto.
