Dagoberto Vasquez hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute Mauricio Sigaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes Castanheiro SC got a freekick which was hit by Edinho Pirani. In the 17th minute Magno Pereira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Márcio Abreu got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Umberto Dionísio made a precise shot to the right of Rafael Anaya. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Rafael Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anísio Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Anaya made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Umberto Dionísio sent off a good shot on target. Ernesto Bermudez hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The long shot by Anísio Alagoano in the 34th minute really tested Rafael Anaya's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 35th match minute, LenSalvador CF-A.C.S was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Santamaria to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute of the match Virgílio Salgado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rafael Anaya skillfully saved the ball. When Libardo Alferez fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's protests and gave Libardo Alferez a yellow card for diving instead. Anísio Alagoano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rafael Anaya. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Umberto Dionísio made the kick off in the second half. Rafael Anaya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Márcio Abreu's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's Rafael Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anísio Alagoano in the 56th minute of play. Clemente Cardozo hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Rafael Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Márcio Abreu kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Anísio Alagoano took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Anaya. Rafael Anaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After 73 minutes of play, Castanheiro SC's Umberto Dionísio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Anaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's Mauricio Sigaran got a free kick in the 75th minute. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's Rafael Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 81st minute of play. After 84 played minutes LenSalvador CF-A.C.S got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Montes. 88 minutes into the match, Umberto Dionísio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Anaya. LenSalvador CF-A.C.S's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Umberto Dionísio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Castanheiro SC had played much better football throughout.
