Angelo Ferraris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Dito Novaes made a huge save. Manolis Peridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabri Bengisoy in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Sabri Bengisoy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Manolis Peridis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 16th minute, Angelo Vettori reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dito Novaes. The goal made the score 1-1. Ćlvaro Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, VARGINHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Mazzone came free, but Dito Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Felice Frezza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dito Novaes, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Vettori in the 26th minute of play forced VARGINHA FC's goalkeeper Dito Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustaw Nienajadlo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Sabri Bengisoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolis Peridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. VARGINHA FC's Dito Novaes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save VARGINHA FC from getting a goal against them. The VARGINHA FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when VARGINHA FC's Sabri Bengisoy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cesate's goalkeeper Manolis Peridis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angelo Ferraris got free with Dito Novaes in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. RaĆŗl Valadares's late challenge caught a Cesate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. RaĆŗl Valadares helped the player get up and apologised. RaĆŗl Valadares kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Attilio Mazzone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Dito Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
Cesate's Manolis Peridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabri Bengisoy in the 52nd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in VARGINHA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! Dito Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Vettori, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cesate's goalkeeper Manolis Peridis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The attack was good, but when Sabri Bengisoy in the 64th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Dito Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelo Vettori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Leontin Prelipceanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolis Peridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Manolis Peridis managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when VARGINHA FC's Sabri Bengisoy fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 83rd minute, Attilio Mazzone made a precise shot to the right of Dito Novaes. VARGINHA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Dito Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kay Stormlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sabri Bengisoy in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manolis Peridis prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
