The supporters of Delphine Stars booed when Aves Negras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Gregory didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delphine Stars's Petre Irod proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Delphine Stars from getting a goal against them. Anastasio Berdaitz's late challenge caught a Delphine Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anastasio Berdaitz helped the player get up and apologised. Anastasio Berdaitz hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Emil Rădoi made the kick off in the second half. Aves Negras's Jonas Gregory got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iker Bittor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costică Ciorăscu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Gumaro in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petre Irod saved Delphine Stars from getting behind. 74 minutes into the match, Delphine Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Cefero came free, but Petre Irod reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Aves Negras's zone, Lucrețiu Istrate stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Bittor came out of the goal and Lucrețiu Istrate tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anastasio Berdaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petre Irod showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Berdaitz in the 95th minute of the match.
