A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Lun Luna hit a great ball. Toninho Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lun Luna in the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Wambalamba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lun Luna came free, but Toninho Moura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Mercurio Mercurio. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lun Luna in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toninho Moura saved Wambalamba FC from getting behind. Astor Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Toninho Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toninho Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lun Luna in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lun Luna in the 21st minute of play forced Wambalamba FC's goalkeeper Toninho Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lun Luna in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toninho Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Wambalamba FC defense, Lun Luna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Toninho Moura. The Wambalamba FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Toninho Moura should have stopped the shot. When Cauã Barreto came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Wambalamba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Barreto couldn't finish the play. Lun Luna took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Toninho Moura. Toninho Moura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Toninho Moura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lun Luna went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Howling Dawn U18's Lun Luna got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Barbosa to make the kick off. Toninho Moura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lun Luna's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. With a little luck, Wambalamba FC's Toninho Moura got control of the ball when Lun Luna tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lun Luna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toninho Moura was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. After 61 minutes of play, Howling Dawn U18's Lun Luna made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Toninho Moura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Astor Barbosa hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Enzo Shantala took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murilo Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 72 in the game by Lun Luna from a close distance when the talented Toninho Moura managed to make a qualified save. Wambalamba FC's players were relieved. After having played for 76 minutes, Tobias Sol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Howling Dawn U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Sol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Howling Dawn U18's Mars Marte was substituted for Tobias Sol. Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Baldomiro Jerrald replaced Lun Luna. Toninho Moura made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Baldomiro Jerrald sent off a good shot on target. Baldomiro Jerrald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toninho Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Wambalamba FC's zone, Baldomiro Jerrald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Toninho Moura came out of the goal and Baldomiro Jerrald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 90 in the game by Baldomiro Jerrald from a close distance when the talented Toninho Moura managed to make a qualified save. Wambalamba FC's players were relieved. If Baldomiro Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Howling Dawn U18's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
