Black Cloud FC's Kutlu İplikçi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carlos Alberto Faria in the 3 minute of the game. 3 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Alfredinho Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbie Sikalopoulos. In the 4th match minute, Black Cloud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Necdet Bala to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Matorin in the 5th minute of play forced Black Cloud FC's goalkeeper Egemen Tolgay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredinho Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herbie Sikalopoulos in the 8th minute. When Hıdır Adamski fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Cloud FC's protests and gave Hıdır Adamski a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Black Cloud FC got a freekick which was hit by Hıdır Adamski. 14 minutes into the game, Gürkan Akaydın was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Black Cloud FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galo do Cerrado the free kick. A collision led to Black Cloud FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gürkan Akaydın hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Galo do Cerrado's goal looked a bit too open when Kutlu İplikçi came free, but Alfredinho Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute Black Cloud FC were awarded a corner. Gürkan Akaydın went to the cornerflag to take it. After a defensive mix-up in Galo do Cerrado's zone, Kutlu İplikçi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredinho Andrade came out of the goal and Kutlu İplikçi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredinho Andrade made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herbie Sikalopoulos in the 38th minute. After 46 played minutes Black Cloud FC got a freekick which was hit by Adam Adamski.

Cássio Matorin might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Egemen Tolgay. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cássio Matorin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 58th minute, Inácio Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Black Cloud FC's Adam Adamski got a free kick in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cássio Matorin in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Egemen Tolgay saved Black Cloud FC from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Galo do Cerrado's José Paulo Marinho seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed José Paulo Marinho the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galo do Cerrado protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and José Paulo Marinho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 65 minutes into the game, one of Galo do Cerrado:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Herbie Sikalopoulos placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürkan Akaydın in the 70th minute of play forced Galo do Cerrado's goalkeeper Alfredinho Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredinho Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürkan Akaydın, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After a rather tough play, Black Cloud FC's Necdet Bala got a free kick in the 73rd minute. A hard shot by Juan Tinoco from long distance, 74 minutes into the match, got Egemen Tolgay's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Alfredinho Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herbie Sikalopoulos's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Gürkan Akaydın sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kutlu İplikçi kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Galo do Cerrado got a freekick which was hit by Juan Tinoco. In the 95th minute Herbie Sikalopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Andrade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
