The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Honorio Colas in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giles Valkeneers prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giles Valkeneers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Nickolas Gielens in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Clodoveo Abecia. In the 8thth minute of the game Honorio Colas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Brugge's Giles Valkeneers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henk Geest kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Honorio Colas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's goalkeeper Anier Tano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xavier Francken. Honorio Colas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giles Valkeneers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Ciceron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes, Jordi Alba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acercate Y Patea de Lejos and the Club Brugge players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Jordi Alba got a free kick in the 34th minute. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Anier Tano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Acercate Y Patea de Lejos from getting a goal against them. Giles Valkeneers came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Honorio Colas. But to his dismay, Honorio Colas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Club Brugge's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Colas came free, but Giles Valkeneers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Giles Valkeneers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nickolas Gielens made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Andries Vleschers immediately put the ball in play. When Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Honorio Colas in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Brugge's goalie prevented a goal. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos's Honorio Colas got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Giles Valkeneers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Ciceron in the 67th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Club Brugge's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Colas came free, but Giles Valkeneers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Honorio Colas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Honorio Colass short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Giles Valkeneers to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Giles Valkeneers was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Honorio Colas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Honorio Colas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Honorio Colas scored 0-3 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giles Valkeneers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Giles Valkeneers didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorio Colas went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 90 minutes into the game, Honorio Colas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Giles Valkeneers was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Club Brugge's Giles Valkeneers got control of the ball when Honorio Colas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Acercate Y Patea de Lejos played a much better game than Club Brugge and deserved their victory. The Club Brugge players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
