An unexpectedly hard shot by 叶沙泉 in the 21st minute of play forced Machine Gun Kelly's goalkeeper Ramiro Gagriel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the match, Machine Gun Kelly's goal looked a bit too open when 武榕旭 came free, but Ramiro Gagriel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 武榕旭 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ramiro Gagriel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Machine Gun Kelly's Domingos Peter was substituted for Cipriano Olivar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

叶沙泉 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iulian Babeș hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 武榕旭 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Gagriel having to interfere. Machine Gun Kelly's Cayetano Ihintza was substituted for Domingos Peter. After having played for 72 minutes, 武榕旭 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ≮王者归来≯Genius Salon's supporters crossed their fingers, but 武榕旭 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute, Jaime Peyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, 叶沙泉 managed to get in a good position for a shot. ≮王者归来≯Genius Salon's supporters rose to their feet, but 叶沙泉 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramiro Gagriel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 95th minute, 武榕旭 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
