In the 5th minute Angel Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Crețulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codrin Ignat's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Antonio Chabier firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 10 played minutes AFC PunisherS™ got a freekick which was hit by Sever Braru. Antonio Chabier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodor Zmărăndache in the 12th minute of play. Antonio Chabier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodor Zmărăndache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Herensuge in the 17th minute of play forced AFC PunisherS™'s goalkeeper Lucian Crețulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 played minutes AFC PunisherS™ got a freekick which was hit by Florin Hrandabur. Codrin Ignat came free with the goalkeeper in the 23rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Antonio Chabier could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, AFC PunisherS™'s Florin Hrandabur got a free kick in the 24th minute. Lucian Crețulescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Pirro in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Codrin Ignat got free with Antonio Chabier in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucian Crețulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Pirro in the 37th minute of the match. Codrin Ignat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Chabier having to interfere. Teodor Zmărăndache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Antonio Chabier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Codrin Ignat to make the kick off. Saturno's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 63 minutes into the match, Saturno's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Ţopescu came free, but Antonio Chabier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Chabier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codrin Ignat, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 66 played minutes Saturno got a freekick which was hit by Anier Herensuge. AFC PunisherS™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduard Ţopescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AFC PunisherS™ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Saturno for a fine match.
