Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Célio Queirós got the match started through his kick off. After 10 played minutes New Loser FC got a freekick which was hit by Thomás da Cunha. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Răduț in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio Maranhense saved New Loser FC from getting behind. The supporters of Unicorns ™ booed when New Loser FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Célio Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Célio Queirós ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Corneliu Vulpăşin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Dorival de Moraes might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Corneliu Vulpăşin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 30thth minute of the game Dorival de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Unicorns ™'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Dorival de Moraes scored to the left of an out of position Corneliu Vulpăşin, making the score, 5-0. Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Unicorns ™ from getting a goal against them. Pedro Luiz Prado charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Luiz Prado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Unicorns ™'s zone, Pedro Luiz Prado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corneliu Vulpăşin came out of the goal and Pedro Luiz Prado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Célio Queirós took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Corneliu Vulpăşin. Corneliu Vulpăşin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival de Moraes in the 81st minute of play forced Unicorns ™'s goalkeeper Corneliu Vulpăşin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Răduț received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Cláudio Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92ndth minute of the game Dorival de Moraes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unicorns ™'s Corneliu Vulpăşin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
