He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nykvarn reached it. In the 42nd minute of the match Jens-Ove Holmberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carmelo Marino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Teofilo Herauso struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Jon Matsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonas Erserman to make the kick off. Carmelo Marino made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Jonas Erserman sent off a good shot on target. When the referee ended the match the Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
