Spectators: 7713 (Terracing: 5786, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ritchie Obis kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Patricio Fillol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when Club Atlético Escocia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauricio Luken didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Marcelino Atarrabi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Müjdat Atasan. Patricio Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Sotero in the 7th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Evelio Sotero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patricio Fillol was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 14th minute, Ritchie Obis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 16 minutes into the match, Black Rose 1979's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Sotero came free, but Patricio Fillol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelino Atarrabi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Emmanuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Black Rose 1979's Patricio Fillol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Sotero in the 20th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Ritchie Obis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcelino Atarrabi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 32 minutes into the match, Black Rose 1979's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Luken came free, but Patricio Fillol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ritchie Obis came free with the goalkeeper in the 37th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcelino Atarrabi could save by the left post. Patricio Fillol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Sotero, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Patricio Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Gagriel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Club Atlético Escocia were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Tauro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Luken in the 51st minute of play forced Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Patricio Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Escocia's Mauricio Luken got a free kick in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Patricio Fillol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonas Tauro. The supporters of Black Rose 1979 booed when Club Atlético Escocia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clemente Oroitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Luken struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Patricio Fillol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Escocia. Patricio Fillol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Fiz in the 63rd minute of play. Patricio Fillol made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Anastasio Gagriel sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute Evelio Sotero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Fillol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Emmanuel charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeremias Emmanuel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Club Atlético Escocia's Fermin Chano was substituted for Clemente Oroitz. The supporters of Club Atlético Escocia booed when Black Rose 1979 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Fillol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Sotero in the 78th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Black Rose 1979's zone, Evelio Sotero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patricio Fillol came out of the goal and Evelio Sotero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelino Atarrabi came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Ritchie Obis. But to his dismay, Ritchie Obis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anastasio Gagriel got free with Patricio Fillol in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the match, Anastasio Gagriel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patricio Fillol. Black Rose 1979's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Gagriel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evelio Sotero in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Patricio Fillol saved Black Rose 1979 from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Club Atlético Escocia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Black Rose 1979.
