The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amílcar Leiria charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amílcar Leiria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan-Frode Aarseth made an important save on a dangerous shot by João Casado in the 9th minute. If Rune Grøndalen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Prod'Homme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Grøndalen in the 11th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Robert Dinamite was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suprs Academia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NTA19 the free kick. Robert Dinamite hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goal looked a bit too open when Rune Grøndalen came free, but Miguel Prod'Homme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amílcar Leiria in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Frode Aarseth prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Suprs Academia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabiano Infante in the 17th minute. After taking down the ball on Suprs Academia's corner Fabiano Infante fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jan-Frode Aarseth quite easily take care of the ball. Rune Grøndalen hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Jan-Frode Aarseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Leiria in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Chris Godø ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miguel Prod'Homme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. João Casado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Jan-Frode Aarseth made a huge save. Christer Eidsvåg kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the last second Jan-Frode Aarseth throw himself and got hold of the ball when Amílcar Leiria in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The audience was convinced that Amílcar Leiria's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jan-Frode Aarseth was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35thth minute of the game Amílcar Leiria who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NTA19's Jan-Frode Aarseth was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Suprs Academia getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Vítor Quintela hit a great ball. Miguel Prod'Homme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Tronstad in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, NTA19's Chris Godø got a free kick in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Rune Tronstad made the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Rune Grøndalen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suprs Academia's Miguel Prod'Homme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Suprs Academia's goalkeeper Miguel Prod'Homme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rune Tronstad. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rune Tronstad in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Prod'Homme saved Suprs Academia from getting behind. If João Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Frode Aarseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Leiria in the 70th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Ørjan Hauger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. António Silva got a throw-in 83 minutes in the game and the ball was received by João Casado. In the 86th match minute, Suprs Academia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Quintela to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Jan-Kenneth Frøystad in the 87th minute really tested Miguel Prod'Homme's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Jan-Frode Aarseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílcar Leiria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jan-Frode Aarseth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amílcar Leiria in the 91st minute of play.
