Spectators: 7998 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sune Heidal kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Monks in Robes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kai Knirke to maneuver through the defense. Baron Van de Goor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfred Klawki in the 6th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the game, Claudio Antonangeli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Baron Van de Goor. Claudio Antonangeli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Heidal in the 15th minute of play forced Seggiano's goalkeeper Eugenio Colecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Sune Heidal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Colecchia. Seggiano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sune Heidal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Eugenio Colecchia came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Monks in Robes's Sune Heidal. But to his dismay, Sune Heidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Alfred Klawki in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baron Van de Goor, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Monks in Robes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alfred Klawki was slow to take the kick. During this time Seggiano's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Klawki in the 43rd minute of play forced Monks in Robes's goalkeeper Baron Van de Goor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Seggiano getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Alexander Sacchetti hit a great ball. Eugenio Colecchia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Heidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a rather tough play, Monks in Robes's Holger Blachmann got a free kick in the 48th minute. The Seggiano players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Monks in Robes were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giovanni Falcone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baron Van de Goor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Falcone, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Seggiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bebeto Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudio Antonangeli kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th match minute, Monks in Robes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benny Grunth to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Seggiano got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Ceci. Sune Heidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute Giovanni Falcone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baron Van de Goor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Sune Heidal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Colecchia was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Baron Van de Goor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Klawki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute of the match Monks in Robes got a corner. Seggiano's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Leonhard Alvits ran over to the corner to take the kick. 91 minutes into the match, Monks in Robes's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Klawki came free, but Baron Van de Goor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Monks in Robes's Baron Van de Goor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Falcone in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th minute Giovanni Falcone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baron Van de Goor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Monks in Robes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
