The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Gothic Souls got a freekick which was hit by Paul Scholes. Filip Soetemans kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Luis Figo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Boguslaw Maurycy. The goal made the score 1-0. Cezary Kalak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Remus hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. After 32 played minutes BESTIA GDAŃSK got a freekick which was hit by Andrzej Furtok. After a defensive mix-up in Gothic Souls's zone, Albert Remus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Davids came out of the goal and Albert Remus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BESTIA GDAŃSK's Boguslaw Maurycy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save BESTIA GDAŃSK from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Remus in the 40th minute of play forced Gothic Souls's goalkeeper Edgar Davids to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute, Tomasz Andrysiak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Öztürk Umuralp in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Boguslaw Maurycy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomasz Andrysiak got free with Edgar Davids in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute, BESTIA GDAŃSK's Tomasz Andrysiak dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Boguslaw Maurycy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Figo in the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Aydın Secaat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, Luis Figo notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of BESTIA GDAŃSK's Boguslaw Maurycy. Boguslaw Maurycy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
