In the 39th minute Juan Ayuso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Morris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Janssens came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Lon Quiles. But to his dismay, Lon Quiles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 47th minute, Lon Quiles made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Janssens. Decathlon Dudes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chiel Middeljans was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Decathlon Dudes getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Juan Ayuso hit a great ball. Rapsodas Red Devils FC made a substitution. Guib Cortina replaced Andres Bujia. 64 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chiel Middeljans came free, but Frank Morris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
