The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gürhan Akçalı during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute of the match Alexis Idrotoglou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Memduh Türkmen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rahim Sabit during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rahim Sabit hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kostas Charalambakis got free with Arif Memduh Türkmen in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mustafa Emrah Vahip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alkis Aggellakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Tabachana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Asım Üçok came free, but Alkis Aggellakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Akil Mertoğul hit a great ball. Arif Memduh Türkmen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tasos Kontosoros in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Tabachana F.C.'s Evripidis Kamarinakis got a free kick in the 37th minute. Tabachana F.C.'s Alkis Aggellakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Emrah Vahip in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s goal looked a bit too open when Alexis Idrotoglou came free, but Arif Memduh Türkmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tabachana F.C.'s zone, Mustafa Emrah Vahip stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alkis Aggellakis came out of the goal and Mustafa Emrah Vahip tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kostas Charalambakis to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Kostas Charalambakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Arif Memduh Türkmen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 60 minutes into the match, TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s goal looked a bit too open when Kostas Charalambakis came free, but Arif Memduh Türkmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexis Idrotoglou in the 62nd minute of play forced TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s goalkeeper Arif Memduh Türkmen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Memduh Türkmen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avraam Vikatos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Sezen Ortunc fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s protests and gave Sezen Ortunc a yellow card for diving instead. Sezen Ortunc kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Asım Üçok recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alkis Aggellakis. Asım Üçok showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After 80 played minutes Tabachana F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Evripidis Kamarinakis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahim Sabit got free with Alkis Aggellakis in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA - were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Tabachana F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rahim Sabit took the corner. The corner led TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Rahim Sabit to fire away a dangerous shot which Alkis Aggellakis despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alkis Aggellakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Emrah Vahip, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gökay İşcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. TR - UYANIŞ KIZILELMA -'s Arif Memduh Türkmen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tasos Kontosoros in the 92nd minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
