Spectators: 7565 (Terracing: 5675, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilberto Romero kicked off to start the match. The Rebelution fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Edgar Vlas hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Dario Tomi fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rebelution's protests and gave Dario Tomi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FC ciufulici booed when Rebelution was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Tomi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodor Covaci in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Cortez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC ciufulici's Rareș Antonescu got a free kick in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, FC ciufulici's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Tomi came free, but Petrică Todoran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th match minute, Rebelution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rolando Oliviero to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute Edgar Vlas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Romero scored 2-0 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Petrică Todoran, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Rebelution booed when FC ciufulici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Vlas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petrică Todoran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Turi in the 38th minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Honorato Feo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petrică Todoran. Honorato Feo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. FC ciufulici's Petrică Todoran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Tomi in the 47th minute of play.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgar Vlas got free with Nestor Cortez in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Petrică Todoran came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Rebelution's Honorato Feo. But to his dismay, Honorato Feo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Petrică Todoran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermegildo Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute of the match, Teodor Covaci got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nestor Cortez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Petrică Todoran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Turi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Rolando Oliviero put in a rough tackle. After 84 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rebelution! Iosif Hârtopanu shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. FC ciufulici's Rareș Antonescu got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
