After 26 played minutes, Joinville City - FSCMZ's Carlos Eduardo Silva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roque Reuter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Joinville City - FSCMZ reached it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clemente Mineiro to make the kick off. César Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Reuter having to interfere. After 53 minutes, Zygmunt Joinvilense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joinville City - FSCMZ and the STARGARD FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Clemente Mineiros short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Roque Reuter to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Clemente Mineiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Joinville City - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. João Pedro Trancoso hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Adelino Lima dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roque Reuter, 0-5. With a little luck, STARGARD FC's Roque Reuter got control of the ball when Clemente Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adelino Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The long shot by Luís Guilherme Rosa in the 88th minute really tested Roque Reuter's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adelino Lima in the 92nd minute of play forced STARGARD FC's goalkeeper Roque Reuter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
