Décio Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Babarovic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Valerio Ampuero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Babarovic came free, but Décio Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Décio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valerio Ampuero in the 29th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Valerio Ampuero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when Club Deportivo Diagüita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
After 51 minutes of play, Club Deportivo Diagüita's Valerio Ampuero made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Décio Barbosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute of the match, Tiro Dentrup tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Décio Barbosa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valerio Ampuero got free with Décio Barbosa in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zacarías Faesch hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Diagüita's goal looked a bit too open when Alan de Souza came free, but Eder Olaso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Microsoft Team from getting a goal against them. Décio Barbosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorato Chauriye in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute, Microsoft Team's Wanderson Branco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Wanderson Branco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Microsoft Team protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Wanderson Branco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 91st minute there was a penalty for Club Deportivo Diagüita. Zacarías Faesch stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Décio Barbosa. 0-6. When the match was over Club Deportivo Diagüita could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Microsoft Team throughout the match.
