Spectators: 7469 (Terracing: 5603, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Reginaldo Souto got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson da Silva in the 4th minute of play forced Tortuga FC's goalkeeper Caio Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio Moreno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bebeto Baiano went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Tortuga FC's Oséas Moreira got a free kick in the 17th minute. Henrique Simão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clóvis Zonta read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Armandinho Sampaio came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Clóvis Zonta could save by the left post. In the 30th match minute, Tortuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Souto to maneuver through the defense. Wilian Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clóvis Zonta having to interfere. Enrique da Silva hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute Váldson da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caio Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Váldson da Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. William Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauro Garcia during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Austra VFC's Mauro Garcia got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After 58 played minutes Tortuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Tiago Gabriel Baptista. The referee felt a red card was in order, 59 minutes into the game, when Diogo Trigo put in a rough tackle. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tortuga FC! 65 minutes into the game, William Dionísio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Caio Moreno. William Dionísio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Clóvis Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reginaldo Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clóvis Zonta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reginaldo Souto in the 78th minute of play. Austra VFC's Clóvis Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armandinho Sampaio in the 80th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Bebeto Baiano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Reginaldo Souto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tortuga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-6. 94 minutes into the game, Tortuga FC's Reginaldo Souto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clóvis Zonta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Simão in the 97th minute of play forced Austra VFC's goalkeeper Clóvis Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Austra VFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
