Radu Neculce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Walaszkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute of the match, Costin Teofil tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jan Nieruchliwy saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cezar Coposu during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Andrea Pavel got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Costin Teofil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
