The audience thought a goal was coming when Kauldi Abar got free with Froilan Llorian in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute, Internacional's Kauldi Abar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Froilan Llorian. Froilan Llorian yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Kauldi Abar put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Froilan Llorian. After a rather tough play, Almeyra F.C.'s Aldo Pes got a free kick in the 18th minute. When Gaztea Abadie fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Internacional's protests and gave Gaztea Abadie a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Gaztea Abadie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Irrintzi Abel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the game, Almeyra F.C.'s Cecilio Rioja nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeremias Abad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Froilan Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rik Abechuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Jeremias Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Kaxen in the 35th minute of the match. Froilan Llorian was a little too slow when Rik Abechuco got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 4-1. Lawrence Abechuco hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Almeyra F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rik Abechuco 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-1. Aldo Pes hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Almeyra F.C.'s Froilan Llorian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Almeyra F.C. from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kauldi Abar made a kick off. If Lawrence Abechuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The corner led Internacional's Lucio Abello to fire away a dangerous shot which Froilan Llorian despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Froilan Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irrintzi Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 58 minutes, Rik Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacional's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rik Abechuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Froilan Llorian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irrintzi Abel in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Hugo Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Abad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes, Rik Abechuco made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Almeyra F.C.'s Froilan Llorian tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cecilio Rioja during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 86 minutes into the game, Rik Abechuco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Froilan Llorian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Almeyra F.C.'s attentive Aldo Pes managed to snatch the ball when Iraunkor Abar made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Internacional's Cordaryal Abarca got a free kick in the 90th minute. When Iraunkor Abar fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Internacional's protests and gave Iraunkor Abar a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejo Kaxen in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Abad saved Internacional from getting behind. 93 minutes into the game, Jonathan Abancens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Internacional's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Almeyra F.C. the free kick. Jonathan Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Internacional fans cheered their team off the field, for while Almeyra F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
