Spectators: 6173 (Terracing: 5677, Seating: 345, VIP seats: 151) Tony Joyce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Turacki in the 2nd minute of play. In the 3rd minute, Felix Plummer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute Jason Douglas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Domamir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bartlomiej Wojtowicz in the 16th minute of play forced Atlético Patoruzu's goalkeeper Tony Joyce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes Atlético Patoruzu got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Moore. If Bartlomiej Wojtowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tony Joyce came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Szczecin's Klement Plachetka. But to his dismay, Klement Plachetka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 35th minute Jason Douglas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Domamir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zenon Banaszak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Joyce having to interfere. 39 minutes into the game, Dobromir Lamczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pogoń Szczecin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Patoruzu the free kick. Dobromir Lamczyk hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pogoń Szczecin's zone, Oliver Rivera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krzysztof Domamir came out of the goal and Oliver Rivera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Krzysztof Domamir managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Atlético Patoruzu's Javier Rodriguez fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Marcello in the 44th minute of play forced Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Krzysztof Domamir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pogoń Szczecin's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oliver Rivera was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Patoruzu's players had a chance to rest. Atlético Patoruzu's Oliver Rivera was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Krzysztof Domamir in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Izydor Turacki was the one to do the kick off. Bartlomiej Wojtowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Felix Plummer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 63rd match minute, Pogoń Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliusz Kazimierz to maneuver through the defense. Tony Joyce made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Izydor Turacki sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Pogoń Szczecin booed when Atlético Patoruzu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josef Carlisle didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Jason Douglas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krzysztof Domamir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jason Douglas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 minutes, Javier Rodriguez made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pogoń Szczecin's Krzysztof Domamir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dobromir Lamczyk hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jason Douglas in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Krzysztof Domamir saved Pogoń Szczecin from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Pogoń Szczecin's zone, Felix Plummer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krzysztof Domamir came out of the goal and Felix Plummer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tony Joyce made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Izydor Turacki sent off a good shot on target. Izydor Turacki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Tony Joyce made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Atlético Patoruzu's Marcelo Marcello got a free kick in the 96th minute. Atlético Patoruzu's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
