Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melchor Kelemen in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 35th play minutes Gildo Fantini shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Benedicto Farias and just under the crossbar into goal. Rodolfo de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Tohias, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Pianello del Lario FC's Benedicto Farias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Cerezo in the 44th minute of play. Ignacio Ponciano charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
