Spectators: 7582 (Terracing: 5687, Seating: 1744, VIP seats: 151) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gilberto Fonda made the kick off which started today's match. 6 minutes into the match, Albirex Niigata FC's goalkeeper Shukrie Devan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Fonda. 15 minutes into the game, Marcelo Gutxi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Shukrie Devan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. HFA FC's Victoriano Savion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Firdauz Devan in the 25th minute of play. After some careless play in the Albirex Niigata FC defense, Gilberto Fonda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shukrie Devan. The Albirex Niigata FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shukrie Devan should have stopped the shot. Hermengildo Gorka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilberto Fonda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Shukrie Devan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 46 played minutes Albirex Niigata FC got a freekick which was hit by Albert Hongyi. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Marcelo Gutxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. HFA FC's Gilberto Fonda got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 54 minutes of play, HFA FC's Gilberto Fonda made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shukrie Devan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 58 minutes, Daniz Lum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Albirex Niigata FC and the HFA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Albirex Niigata FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Daniz Lum hit a great ball. Gilberto Fonda scored 5-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shukrie Devan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 65 minutes into the match, Gilberto Fonda notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Albirex Niigata FC's Shukrie Devan. Shukrie Devan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gilberto Fonda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shukrie Devan having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Merlin Abisheganaden put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 72nd minute of the game. One of Albirex Niigata FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of HFA FC:s goal. Shukrie Devan had in the 74thth minute some difficulties stopping Gilberto Fonda's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Albirex Niigata FC's Shukrie Devan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Fonda in the 79th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play, HFA FC's Gilberto Fonda made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Shukrie Devan was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Fonda in the 86th minute of play forced Albirex Niigata FC's goalkeeper Shukrie Devan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Shukrie Devan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Fonda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Gilberto Fonda sped through Albirex Niigata FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shukrie Devan. In the 97th minute Gilberto Fonda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shukrie Devan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. HFA FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
