In the 9th minute of the match Carpasús FC - FDC got a corner. AFC Richmond's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mikel Arbieto ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mendebal Sorribo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Próspero Friederichs quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Remicio Price kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 14th match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Aburto to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Tolhauzsen in the 21st minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Robustiano Criales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xano Andonegui could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Próspero Friederichs made a huge save. Kevin Mier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Hernández, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 31 minutes of play, Carpasús FC - FDC's Mendebal Sorribo made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Próspero Friederichs was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Tolhauzsen in the 39th minute of play forced Carpasús FC - FDC's goalkeeper Kevin Mier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Casado Mondrevilla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carpasús FC - FDC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 46 played minutes AFC Richmond got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Tolhauzsen. Próspero Friederichs came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Carpasús FC - FDC's Mendebal Sorribo. But to his dismay, Mendebal Sorribo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felipe Hernández to make the kick off. Próspero Friederichs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xano Andonegui in the 55th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carpasús FC - FDC's Baumar Atencio got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 60 played minutes Carpasús FC - FDC got a freekick which was hit by Beat Intriago. AFC Richmond's Enrique Arostegui was substituted for Felipe Hernández. The supporters of AFC Richmond booed when Carpasús FC - FDC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beat Intriago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Kevin Mier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kevin Mier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Tolhauzsen in the 67th minute of the match. Carpasús FC - FDC's Kevin Mier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Tolhauzsen in the 70th minute of play. If Casado Mondrevilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Carpasús FC - FDC booed when AFC Richmond was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Arostegui didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remicio Price to maneuver through the defense. Próspero Friederichs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mendebal Sorribo in the 97th minute of the match. Carpasús FC - FDC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
